Permitting
We help with all stages of the permitting process, from preparation of applications and supporting documents, to completing resource surveys and reports, and satisfying NEPA requirements.
Custom Guidance
We work with clients from project inception until after project completion, starting with identifying critical issues and providing guidance on project routing.
Construction Monitoring
Resi provides construction monitoring support. After your project is completed, we are ready to help should any issues arise.
Drone/AI Solutions
In traditional survey methods, biologists and other field-based resource specialists spend hours walking for each tortoise, bird, or other such resource found. While this approach is necessary in many cases, it can be very costly to budgets and schedules. Through the use of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, Resi is developing novel solutions to provide more cost-effective and time-efficient surveys. We have been successful in applying these new technologies to several resource classes, and are constantly expanding our services to meet our client’s needs.
